Dr. Yunus’ Final Gambit to Bring Jamaat-NCP to Power

Bangladesh now stands at the edge of a deep and dangerous political conspiracy. Under the guise of an interim government, Dr. Muhammad Yunus is reportedly executing a personal and international agenda—systematically reshaping the nation’s electoral system and state machinery. His plan rests on two pillars: discrediting the BNP and ensuring that the Jamaat-linked Nationalist Consensus Party (NCP) is installed in power.

Although the next national election has been officially slated for April 2026, insiders claim the date is nothing but a smokescreen. According to the Yunus-led clique, elections will be postponed as long as necessary to build the NCP into a viable contender. This manufactured delay is sowing confusion and despair among voters, gradually weakening the BNP’s political base.

Jamaat-Shibir forces are reportedly integral to Dr. Yunus’ grand strategy. Together, they are building a shadow administration aimed at filling key positions in the bureaucracy and security forces with Jamaat loyalists—essentially reinstating anti-liberation forces at the heart of the state. On one side, anti-Muktijuddho individuals are being strategically appointed in the civil service, while on the other, Jamaat-influenced advisors are being embedded within key institutions, including the Election Commission.

A hidden election-engineering project—disguised under the globally palatable name of a “Grassroots Model”—is being carried out within Bangladesh. Its true goal is to manipulate the electoral outcome against the people’s will and entrench the NCP in power.

To keep the BNP under control and drain public support, Dr. Yunus has already activated parts of his psychological playbook. These include fomenting leadership divisions within the BNP, obstructing political activities, and launching state-sponsored disinformation campaigns to erode public confidence in the party. Through well-crafted tactics, the BNP is being deliberately portrayed as weak, disoriented, and irrelevant.

Plans are also in motion to inject massive funds into electoral manipulation and the rise of Jamaat-NCP candidates. Sources reveal a spending blueprint of 100–120 crore BDT per parliamentary seat. To finance this, Dr. Yunus’s network is allegedly pushing to lease Chattogram Port, the Teesta-Nilphamari corridor, and Payra Port to China. Concurrently, negotiations are underway to establish a “special zone” for U.S. military forces.

It is alleged that Dr. Yunus has secured agreements to raise at least $10 billion USD through these schemes, a substantial portion of which is expected to be channeled into ensuring Jamaat-NCP’s electoral success.

His ultimate ambition? To elevate the Jamaat-backed NCP into power and exit the political stage as an “architect of successful democratic transition” in the eyes of the international community. But the stark truth is that he is steering Bangladesh toward a fundamentalist, foreign-dependent regime—posing a direct threat to the country’s independence, sovereignty, and democracy.

Today, Bangladesh’s elections are no longer a domestic democratic affair—they are a battlefield for international intrigue. The blueprint to sideline the BNP and empower the Jamaat-NCP must be confronted immediately. All democratic forces, pro-Liberation War citizens, and members of civil society must rise to the challenge. Otherwise, we risk leaving future generations a vulnerable and dishonored nation.
